Effective value date 30 April 2025, there will be a capital reduction of ESPG AG registered shares (ISIN DE000A1X3T96) to 0.
The relevant processing stages and their sequence are described below.
Re-registration stop
It will not be possible to create and forward re-registration and initial registration instructions in ESPG AG registered shares (ISIN DE000A1X3T96) in CASCADE-RS from 25 April 2025 until 30 April 2025. The system will automatically delete re-registration or initial registration instructions that are pending in CASCADE-RS during this period.
Removal of registered shares from the books
On 29 April 2025 and in preparation for the removal, Clearstream Banking AG1 will automatically transfer the registered positions in ESPG AG registered shares (ISIN DE000A1X3T96) to Freier Meldebestand (FMB, unregistered positions) of the respective bank via position transfer.
Positions in ESPG AG registered shares (ISIN DE000A1X3T96) will be removed for value date 30 April 2025.
Afterwards, a capital increase will take place in the new securities class DE000A40ZU80.
OTC transactions
Banks must ensure that all OTC transactions are settled no later than 29 April 2025.
OTC transactions that are still pending on the evening of 29 April 2025 must be deleted manually by the banks on the same day by 18:00. The deletion is not automatic.
