Creation of the CSC holding
Bankhaus Gebr. Martin AG will create the holding on the CSC admission date without the assistance of CBF.
From 10 February 2025, it will be possible to place instructions in CASCADE and CASCADE-RS.
Registration of shareholders in the share register
Bankhaus Gebr. Martin AG transfers the holdings to the shareholders' depository banks in unregistered positions (Freier Meldebestand - FMB). Shareholders are reported in the issuer's share register via re-registration in CASCADE-RS.
